2. Terms of Service

By ordering design services or interacting with our online visual canvas builder, you enter into a binding agreement with InnovastraLabs.

All intellectual property, bespoke code snippets, and design tokens created specifically for client orders are transferred upon full settlement of contract fees. InnovastraLabs retains non-exclusive rights to showcase non-confidential visual layouts in portfolio showcases.

• 100% Refund: Cancellations initiated prior to the initial design brief review and kickoff phase.
• 50% Refund: Cancellations initiated during the initial wireframe and visual canvas preview phase.
• No Refund: Requests after final layout approval, handoff export, or code deployment.
